Timken India Ltd, a subsidiary of The Timken Company, a global leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products, has completed the previously announced acquisition of ABC Bearings Ltd, a manufacturer of tapered, cylindrical and spherical roller bearings and slewing rings, based in India. — Hindu Business Line

The deal was first announced in July 2017.
