Bluecraft Agro Private Limited bought of the manufacturing and selling of starch and derivatives’ business of EICL Limited along with (a) one of the units of EICL (Unit 1), on a slump-sale basis; and (b) certain identified assets of the other unit of EICL by way of an asset transfer arrangement in February, according to reports.
