Vegro Solutions GmBh Switzerland bought 100% shares of Fuerst Day Lawson (India) Private Limited, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners LP. Fuerst Day Lawson (India) Private Limited (“FDL India”) was the Indian arm of Fuerst Day Lawson Limited headquartered in London, UK. FDL India is a formulator, developer and manufacturer of proprietary taste and nutrition ingredient solutions serving the food, beverage, fragrance, and chemical industries, according to a press release from Highlander.

DSK Legal advised Vegro Solutions GmBh Switzerland led by a team of partner Harvinder Singh, associate partner Devika Chadha, and senior associate Shruti Dogra, with managing partner Anand Desai acting as the lead engagement partner for the transaction.

Also advising was FDL UK and Highlander Partners were represented by Veritas Legal, Mumbai including partner Tushar Raut.
