ILP, AZB act in $51m Avaada Power investments from European DFIs

Renewables company Avaada Energy Private Limited has taken investments from Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) - DEG from Germany and FMO from the Netherlands, as reported by VCCircle.

Indian Law Partners advised Avaada Power and its promoters led by a team of ILP partners Gopika Pant and Vineet Gupta, senior associate Abhimanyu Kaul and associate Ira Swain.

AZB & Partners Delhi partners Gautam Saha and Heena Singh acted for DEG and FMO.
