Indus, Bathiya act on DigiHealth $15m buy of Pharmarack

“Digital health firm ABCD Technologies LLP, which counts top Indian drug makers as investors, has agreed to fully acquire Pharmarack, a healthtech platform that lets businesses automate sales and operations.”, reported the VC Circle. ABCD, now to be renamed as IndoHealth Services, is set to acquire nearly 92% stake in Pharmarack through its wholly-owned subsidiary, DigiHealth and shall undertake the business through one or more subsidiaries becoming the holding entity in the venture.

IndusLaw advised Pharmarack Technologies led by a team of partner Nishant Singh, associates Vardhit Singhania and Manushi Shah.

Bathiya Legal represented ABCD Technologies in the deal.
