IndusLaw on Cleartrip’s first cross-border acquisition in Flyin for $60m

“Online travel agency Cleartrip has acquired Saudi Arabian travel start-up Flyin with the deal size pegged at $60-70m by sources close to the development,” reported Mint.

IndusLaw co-founding partner Srinivas Katta and senior associate Kriti Bhatia was instructed by Cleartrip general manager, company secretary and legal affairs Chirag Karia on the documentation.

Stephenson Harwood Middle East corporate partner Diwakar Agarwal acted for Cleartrip on the Middle East aspects of the transaction.

Support Legal partners Ahmed Arif and Patrick Rogers acted for Flyin. led the internal legal effort at Cleartrip.
