Prestige Estates Projects Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, acquired Babji Realtors Private Limited, by its wholly owned subsidiary, Prestige Retail Ventures Limited (“PRVL”). Babji Realtors is in the business of real estate development and owns the ‘Forum Sujana Mall’ in Hyderabad. The deal value was approximately Rs 364 crores, according to reports.

J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Prestige Estates Projects Limited led by a team of joint managing partner Vivek K Chandy, partner Siddharth K Vedula and associate Medha Shah.
