Indian diagnostics company Tulip Diagnostics Private Limited has acquired Biosense Technologies Private Limited for an undisclosed amount, according to AK & Partners. Tulip makes and markets in-vitro diagnostic reagents and kits both nationally and internationally, while Biosense manufacturers and exports medical diagnostics equipment.
