Khaitan & Co advised regular infrastructure Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Private Limited led by a team of partner Akhil Bhatnagar, principal associate Raja Kishore, principal associate Ashutosh Sharma, senior associate Rahul Mishra, associate Bhagirath Ashiya and associate Simran Chandok. Also involved were partner Kumar Saurabh Singh, principal associate Sourabh Bhattacharya, associate Riya Agicha and associate Savni Tewari on certain financing related aspects.
