L&L Partners advised fashion designers Shantanu & Nikhil and Finesse International Design Private Limited led by a team of partners Sundeep Dudeja and Vaibhav Kakkar, managing associates Prashant Shah and Avisha Gupta and associate Keshav Pareek.

Kian- It seems you are so intent on covering small deals which no cares but not very large deals like the Jio- Brookfield deal which is a 4 bn dollar deal and the fibre invit which is likely to be more than a 10 bn dollar deal.

Luthra regulatory lawyers have become transactional lawyers ! Did they not have other transaction corporate team to lead on such transactions.? Surprised always to note that their regulatory team leads on more transactions than their other corp transactions team put together.
