Auto components maker Minda Industries is merging with Harita Seating Systems in a share swap deal. “The Uno Minda group flagship would also get 51% stake in Harita Fehrer, HSSL’s JV with Fehrer Automotive GmbH, which is a major player in the automotive seating business in Europe,” reported the Times of India.
