“Technology consulting and digital solutions firm Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire [German company] NIELSEN+PARTNER (N+P) for $31.6m including earnouts and at a FY18 revenue multiple of about 3.2x,” reported the Economic Times.

Khaitan & Co advised Larsen & Toubro Infotech led by partner Niren Patel, principal associate Aayush Misra and associate Shubhi Pahwa.
