Orient Refractories Limited has completed the process of acquisition of assets/plant & machinery from Manishri Refractories & Ceramics Private Limited. The company has entered into asset purchase agreement with Manishri Refractories & Ceramics Private Limited, to acquire certain assets /plant & machinery situated at Baichuana, Tangi, Distt.
