Massa LLC entered into a joint venture with Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Private Limited for manufacture of ultra-high voltage bushing - Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. (MIM), according to a press release.

Kochhar & Co advised Massa LLC led by a team of senior partner Vijay B Ravi, associate Ruchika Adlakha, providing legal support on drafting the shareholders’ agreement, negotiations on behalf of Massa LLC, drafting Technology License Agreement and other ancillary agreements and incorporation of the joint venture entity.
