“Texmaco Rail and Engineering Ltd on Friday said its board has approved the acquisition of a steel casting foundry of manufacturing company Simplex Castings Ltd,” reported VCCircle about the slump sale.

KT Advisors advised Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited led by a team of managing partner Kalpataru Tripathy, associate partner Ishita Bhardwaj, and associate Jatin Talwar.

Simplex Castings was advised by its in-house legal team.
