Valiant Organics Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, has acquired Amarjyot Chemicals Limited by way of court approved merger. Pursuant to the merger, the shareholders of Amarjyot have been issued equity shares and optionally convertible preference shares of Valiant, according to Mergersindia

The merger took effect on 8 March 2019, according to a stock exchange filing.
