Seven years after advising India’s largest realtor DLF in its $250m buy of the Aman resorts group, Luthra & Luthra advised DLF in selling most of the Aman hotels back to their original owner Adrian Zecha for $358m (Rs 1,600 crore).
US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell also advised DLF while Zecha and Aman were advised by Bryan Cave.
Luthra Delhi senior partner Mohit Saraf and partner Sandeep Dudeja and Davis Polk partner Mark J Lehmkuhler acted for DLF Global Hospitality on the sale of Aman - its entire luxury hotels business, excluding Delhi’s Lodhi Hotel.
DLF will sell its full stake in Silverlink, which is Aman’s controlling entity, to Indonesian hotelier Zecha towards reducing its Rs 21,000 crore debt, reported the Business Standard.
This is DLF’s second attempt to sell Aman since December 2012 when it had entered into a management buyout agreement with Zecha, according to the Economic Times.

Have you seen the recent spate of exits? They dont have those numbers anymore.
Would ask for 10-12 months of sustained good press before even pretending to have un-seen what I've read about them here. Hmm.. they seem to be doing PR on LI comments section? Maybe just to me.

The proof is in the pudding. Thus far none of the LL articles have attracted any positive responses.
I am an unfortunate witness to the humiliating LI comment threads so I believe I'm well qualified to suggest that I'd want to witness 10-12 months of good press before I change my opinion about your office. What is my opinion? Sigh, you think I'm not even qualified to have one! With that arrogance I deduce that you are a gem at Luthra!

From now never comment on the restaurant food quality till you leave legal profession and set up your own firm. From the looks of it, it appears that you may soon be qualified for it.
