EY India has acquired Mumbai-based C Centric, a provider of CRM solutions and services and will bring on board a team with experience in conceptualizing and implementing CRM solutions. With the acquisition the company will be able to offer solutions in on-premise CRM implementations, that include social CRM, cloud CRM, SaaS CRM, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) powered CRM. — The Economic Times
