Webdunia.com (India) Private Limited and its shareholders sold their entire shareholding to RWS UK Holding Co Limited. Immediately prior to the acquisition: (i) Webdunia.com (India) Private Limited purchased the technology solutions business of Diaspark Infotech Limited in India; (ii) Webdunia Technologies Inc. (a subsidiary of Webdunia.com (India) Private Limited) purchased the technology solutions business from Diaspark Inc. in the USA; and (iii) the portal business of Webdunia.com(India) Private Limited was sold to Indic Media Private Limited in India.
