HT Media has invested Rs 10 crore to buy 10 per cent of equity in Editorji Technologies, a company promoted by Vikramaditya Chandra that owns and operates a platform for creation and distribution of personalised video, news and related content through electronic means, as reported by Television Post.

S&R Associates partner Radhika Iyer and associate Prachi Goel acted for HT Media, according to S&R’s press release.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) partner Akila Agrawal acted for Editorji, with the deal having started at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas but closed at CAM.
