S&R, CAM, AZB act on $202m Brookfield investment in Everstone-backed IndoStar Capital Fin

Canadian asset manager Brookfield Asset Management is investing ₹1,450 crore in Everstone Capital-backed lender IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd, according to the lenders filings with stock exchanges. — Mint

S&R Associates advised Everstone Group led by a team of partners Sandip Bhagat and Rachael Israel and associates Pooja Singhania, Dhruv Nath and Sarangan Rajeshkumar. Competition head Simran Dhir and associate Dhruv Agarwal advised on competition law matters.

AZB & Partners acted as legal counsel for Brookfield Asset Management, led by partners Ashwath Rau, Anu Tiwari, Medha Marathe and Vipul Jain, senior associates Pranav Atit and Tanya Pahwa, and associates Priyanka Butani and Aishwarya Singh.
