Search giant Google has acquired Sigmoid Labs Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based startup that owns travel app Where Is My Train, the companies said on Monday. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. — VCCircle

Samvad Partners advised Sigmoid Labs Private Limited and its founders led by a team of partner Natasha Mahajan, senior associate Samyuktha Damojipurapu.

J Sagar Associates (JSA) Bangalore advised Google.

The transaction is one of the first all-stock acquisitions by Google in India.
