E-booking platform Freightos WebCargo has acquired India’s Air Freight Bazaar, a regional air cargo rates and sales platform based in Chennai.

Solomon & Co advised Freightos Limited (Hongkong) led by a team of managing partner Aaron Solomon, senior associate Kinjal Katkoria Parihar and associate Shaily Soni.

The firm said it provided support to Freightos India and Freightos HK for acquiring Air Freight Bazaar Private Limited’s database, trade secrets and other related assets and assisted in setting up operations in India. The team provided complete legal assistance and support right from the revision of the documents, negotiations, execution and closing and post-closing matters/ actions to Freightos India and Freightos HK.
