Capita PLC sold the entire share capital of Capita SIMS (India) Private Limited (a member of the Capita group) to Tiger UK Bidco Limited, a newly formed company established by funds advised by Montagu Private Equity . This transaction forms part of the global sale of the Education Software Solutions (“ESS”) business of Capita to Montagu.
