US-based Encube Ethicals, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encube India, acquired 100% of Tioga Research to “create one of the largest skin topical manufacturers and service providers”, according to the company’s press release (PDF).

Universal Legal advised Encube Ethicals Inc led by a team of partner Rashi Kapoor Mehta and senior associate Neelkamal Chaudhary.

Also advising was US lawyer Thomas Carney.
