“Hüttenes-Albertus Chemische Werke GmbH (HA) announced it has increased its stake in its longstanding Indian joint venture Gargi Hüttenes-Albertus Private Limited (Gargi HA) from 40% to 74%. HA´s co-shareholder in Gargi HA, the Kapur family, will remain a strong minority shareholder with 26%. The Kapur family will continue to be active in the management of Gargi HA,” according to a company press release.

Veritas Legal advised Hüttenes-Albertus Chemische Werke GmbH led by a team of partner Kunal Doshi, senior associate Natasha Sethna.
