Veritas Legal advised Hotel Leelaventure Limited and its promoters led by a team of partners Abhijit Joshi and Kunal Doshi, with senior associate Kanisha Vora, associate Vyoma Mehta and paralegal Shyamolie Parikh. The real estate leg of the transaction was led by partner Vineet Nalawalla, with associates Tejas Shah, Nainaaz Irani and Varun Marwah.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas partner Jay Gandhi was advising Brookfield.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton also advised Brookfield.
