Desai & D with AZB Delhi for Reliance act on Indospace JV for Haryana warehousing project

“IndoSpace, an Industrial real estate and logistics parks’ developer, has entered into a joint venture with ’ wholly-owned subsidiary Model Economic Township Limited (METL) to develop a logistics park in Farukhnagar in Haryana.” as per the report by The Economic Times. Post acquisition, Model Economic Township, subsidiary of Reliance Industries would continue to hold a minority stake.

Desai & Diwanji advised Indospace led by a team of The deal was led by Gurgaon office partner, Joebin Devassy, who was assisted by partner Samidha Tyagi and associates Garvita Mehrotra, Shivam Sachdeva and Neha Sahgal.

The Delhi team of AZB & Partners acted as the legal counsel for Model Economic Township, which was owned by Reliance Industries Limited.
