International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, invested Rs 194 crores in Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd, a subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, for the development of an industrial park, according to reports.

Jerome Merchant and Partners advised Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd led by a team of partner Vishnu Jerome along with associate Ravishankar.
