LSO Subco No. 4 Company and LREF Subco No. 4 (the investors), have sold their shareholding in Kumar Builders Township Ventures Private Limited, which is engaged in the business of development of a special economic zone on land of 27 acres situated at Hinjewadi, Pune. The investors had invested in the SPV in 2008. Pursuant to agreement among the parties, the investors’ entire shareholding in the SPV has been sold to another Indian company.
