AIBE takers in Jammu & Kashmir get raincheck

Candidates taking tomorrow’s All India Bar Exam (AIBE) in Jammu & Kashmir don’t have to turn up tomorrow because of heavy rain, said a notice on the official website: “Due to heavy rain in Jammu & Kashmir area, if any candidate is not able to appear for the AIBE-VII Examination on 7th Sep, 2014. They would be allowed to appear for the next AIBE.”

It's not intended to be insensitive but literal - the BCI has simply offered a proverbial rain check to AIBE takers, which is rather sensitive of the BCI in consideration of the current calamity:
