Inspired by Reddit, this Saturday, 29 August between 9 and 10pm, Legally India founder and editor Kian Ganz will try to answer any question, however fundamental or incidental to the legal profession, in a one-hour Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) session on Facebook.
We’re hoping to provide readers with a better glimpse into how LI works and what makes us tick.
Please ask your questions as a comment on our Facebook post or as a comment below this story.
We will maintain anonymity unless requested otherwise.
Update: The AMA was great fun. Some of the questions asked (click the links to view Kian’s responses on FB):
- How should one start about academic legal writing so that the work is not only published but also distinguished? Could you please suggest some readings for the same.
- Can you please guide me how can I make career in legal journalism. I’m a law student living in Mumbai.
- Do you think there will be any other (apart from njac) major reforms in the coming few years in the Indian judiciary?
- Do share your advice on non-academic writing as well.
- Future of mediation in India?
- Hi Kian Ganz how can first generation litigators increase visibility/market themselves/ network better? Thanks
- Hi, did Kian go to NLS?
- Hi Kian, do you think foreign law firms will enter india soon?
- And the one about where Kian is from and why he started LI from the comments below.

The headline is totally wrong, no idea why I wrote 5pm. It's at 9pm, have corrected. :)
So, to clarify, you can ask live at 9pm on Saturday, or ask in advance to allow us to prepare a little bit.
