K Law partner Abhishek Shinde has joined AZB & Partners as a corporate partner in Delhi, reported Bar & Bench.

He is a 2005 NLSIU Bangalore graduate who had joined K Law in 2016 with Atish Kumar Vatts, his co-founding partner of start-up Citius Law Partners.

We have reached out to K Law for comment.

Shinde began his career at Trilegal, moved to Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007 for one year, followed by J Sagar Associates (JSA) between 2009 and 2014, and six months at Ranbaxy until January 2015, setting up Citius in January 2016.

Nainamma.. pls pick some more good partners..make a grand statement on LI & B&B and then make them also go away after 6 months. In those 6 months we will meet all the clients of those partners and try and take them away from those partners.

K Law is truly a 'quicksand'. I do not know how they have so many mandates considering that they are unable to retain mid to senior-level lawyers.. The only explanation I can give is a 'honeytrap' BD strategy, strong PR skills and cut-throat rates.. I just wish lawyers and clients alike, see the duplicity inherent to this law firm!
