What is the International Finance & Corporate Course?

The International Finance & Corporate Course (IFCC) is a one-week legal technical training course delivered by Allen & Overy and Trilegal.

The IFCC focuses primarily on international finance and corporate law, giving year 4 undergraduate students a good understanding of the basic principles of finance and corporate law and practice, that until now has only been available outside India.

The course is taught through a combination of seminars and facilitated workshops. The first two morning sessions focus on international comparative law. The afternoon sessions are an introduction to the practical side of transactions with a focus on banking, capital markets and corporate.

For more information on the IFCC at NALSAR, please email .

Allen & Overy also sponsors the second season of the Mooting Premier League.

Because you don't need to do a course since you know all about finance.

I have checked with Allen & Overy and they have said that all queries should go to the Nalsar email ID above, as it is Nalsar that is responsible for deadlines and admissions to the course.

Best wishes
Kian

It might be the case that this course is only for the students of a few law schools.

If I'm not mistaken there is a similar seminar which takes place in NLS in which students only from 4 (NLS, NALSAR, NUJS & NLUJ) law schools are invited.
