Samvad Partners added advocate-on-record (AOR) and NLSIU Bangalore 2005 alumnus Arjun Krishnan as a partner in Delhi, effectively from August 2017.

Krishnan has practiced independently after his BCL from Oxford University in 2006 and according to Samvad’s press release he specialises in competition law. electricity and corporate laws

Samvad Partner Poornima Hatti commented in the release: “We are very excited to have Arjun on board. Arjun will bring a wealth of experience on all aspects of dispute resolution having worked for a wide range of clients both on the domestic and international front”.

Krishnan commented: “As an individual counsel moving to a firm, the most important aspects are the freedom to grow and mould a practice as well excellence in work ethic. Samvad will provide both of these. I look forward to becoming part of the firm and growing it.”

Samvad Delhi had also added ex-Milibank Tweed counsel Sanjeet Malik as a partner-level consultant in January.

Krishnan’s addition takes the firm’s Delhi partner strength to 3 and the partnership to 12 across five cities.
