Universal Legal promotes 1 to senior associate in Chennai

Universal Legal promoted GLC Mumbai 2013 alumnus Shreya Deora to senior associate with effect from 10 June 2017.

She is part of the firm’s Chennai private equity and M&A team and also specialises in general corporate and secretarial advise, according to the press release.

Universal Legal Chennai now has 18 lawyers including partners Kavita Vijay and Sameena Chatrapathy.

Why not? Senior associates are people too! :)

Ideally we'd like to report all SA, etc promotions, but a lot of firms don't share them. This is only a few-line news in brief item that a firm shared with us - don't see the harm in covering it.

In fact, my question must have been "Any significance in reporting this Associate Promotion".

Are you trying to say that LI has started to report all Associate level promotions at all Firm in India. If you do that, every Associate will feel happy. Im sure you will agree with me.
