The former AZB & Partners transaction support group (TSG) head and partner Ami Parikh has joined global credit check and financial analytics agency Experian India on 11 February as its head of legal and compliance, according to her Linked-in profile.

Parikh had left AZB in December 2019.

Experian India’s legal team is four members strong, including Parikh and one professional in the compliance function.

She is reporting directly into the Asia Pacific legal function in her role heading up the team, as well as liaising with domestic management.

The 2000 GLC Mumbai graduate had joined AZB in 2017 from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
