Mumbai-based The Kraft Heinz Company general counsel (GC) and executive director, Preeti Balwani, has joined Coca Cola-owned bottling operator, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd as its general counsel.

The former Singhania & Partners partner and Welspun Group assistant vice president legal, has also moved to Bangalore with the job.
