I second the Fan. What a wonderful person..and one can truely learn loyalty (to seniors and juniors equally) from Prashanth. So so modest!!

Well deserved, Lakra. Kian: please update for practice area. Amazed that Ravi is not moving with Som. JSA obviously intends to run a competing practice although clients will still go to Som for the face value he carries. It is not the draft that matters in a regulatory litigation but the value a senior brings to the table.

Its sad to see deserving attorneys’ being discouraged (i.e. under promoted) at the cost of pushing promotions (and finally managing that) of undeserving but consistently (rather desperately) trying attorneys' to become ‘partner’!!! #disgraceful…really…someone at the top needs to rethink while making such important decisions!!!! Def 2 names on that list should have never made it there!!!!

be that as it may, while the general norm of promotion for most is based “not-on-merit” continues to live, the only saving grace is to see a couple of deserving names to make it to the list!

First KCO now JSA so many partners, law firms are now following Advocates Act in true sence. Every advocate retained by law firms should have status of partner. No A, SA, PA etc.

Divyam and Nalin are from the same law school - Amity Delhi, affiliated to Gurugobind Singh Indraprastha University. The table should be updated as well.

Its raining partnership everywhere!.....Is this routine or firms are preparing themselves for entry of foreign law firms! Or is that business is not that good and so instead of very high bonuses, this carrot of partnership is being doled out!!.......Humei bhi koi le lo bhai!!

Brilliant retention strategy and deployment of equity freed up by Som possibly contribues to 15 partners! Kco Jsa could also be gearing up to the Sam Cam poaching war ahead.
