I have followed-up Souvik for long. He is better than Bolt - a big time runner. He has never stayed with a firm for a long. If I am not wrong, he was a part of HSA as well in 2009/10.

How is HSA relevant? Rapidly expanding by promising significant variables without no real change in billing rates or type of client is just an eyewash. Look at their bonus system, its a hoot and a half. Merely copying everything that reputed law firms do or hiring from a former firm where you worked won't change anything. Souvik was at HSA for a very short period of time, he probably figured out that promises are just empty assurances which mean nothing, and he was smart enough to leave. So, what is the point of your comment?
