Clasis has promoted one to partner, and one lawyer to Mumbai as senior associate.

Clasis Law has promoted corporate and regulatory senior associate Mohit Sharma in New Delhi to partnership.

Sharma had joined Clasis in 2011 after working at a number of law firms since graduating in 2004 from Delhi University.

Infrastructure, project finance and real estate lawyer Anwar Khan was promoted to senior associate in Mumbai, according to a press release from the firm.

Two partners left the firm over the last two months, with co-founder Shalini Agarwal setting up her own practice, and lateral hire Sidhanth Rajagopal, who joined from best friend firm Clyde & Co, returning to the UK firm.
