Hariani gains 5 new associate partners, 4 internally

Hariani & Co promoted 2006 law graduates Nirav Jani, and Viloma Shah, 2007 law graduate Abhijeet Sonawane and 2005 law graduate Sadaf Shaikh to associate partner.

2006 law graduate Sourasubha Ghosh who left Hariani three years ago, as a senior associate, will join again now as associate partner.

The firm now has 16 partners across Mumbai, Pune and Goa.

The firm also promoted associates Mohit Kundu, Sukhada Wagle, Uttamjit Saini, Malcolm Siganporia, Ameya Deosthale and Rahul Hingmire to senior associate, according to its press release.

thats a tidy sum for Associates considering even Mulla & Mulla don't pay that much!

Congratulations all. Though I don't understand the logic. There are 2006-2007 pass outs in the firm who deserve to be promoted as Partner but are still retained as senior associates. And 2010-2011 pass outs are being promoted as senior associates. Great.
