Former Baker & McKenzie Singapore senior associate Siddharth Wahi joined J Sagar Associates (JSA) Gurgaon as an of counsel to advise on energy and infrastructure projects.

Wahi will advise clients on development and acquisition transactions, upstream developments, and product or gas off take agreements, in the oil and gas, diverse energy, mining, and power sectors.

In the power sector, he specialises in advising on power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement & commissioning contracts, operations & maintenance contracts, and firm and non-firm off take contracts.

Wahi who is a Faculty of Law, Delhi University graduate of 2000, obtained his LLM from Cornell University in 2002.
