K&S Partners Gurgaon partner Samuel Niranjan joined Khaitan & Co in Bangalore as a counsel in its intellectual property practice.

Niranjan did his LLB in 2006 from the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology Chennai, and joined K&S as an associate in May 2006. He was promoted to senior associate in April 2010 and to partner in April 2014.

He is experienced in patent prosecution matters and designs, according to his profile on Khaitan’s website.

There are now six lawyers in Khaitan’s IP practice across India, including two partners, one associate partner and three counsels.
