Naik bolsters corporate with DSK senior manager Rishabh Mastaram

Naik Naik & Co re-appointed its former senior associate Rishabh Mastaram as an associate partner in its corporate practice, after Mastaram’s stint away from Naik with DSK Legal.

Mastaram, who holds an LLM (2007) from the Middlesex University, has had stints with Fox Mandal and Desai & Diwanji as well. He joined Naik first in December 2010 and left it in December 2011 to join DSK Legal.

Mastaram now left DSK Legal as a senior manager to rejoin Naik.

He is experienced in cross-border transactions, foreign exchange, corporate and commercial laws and structuring deals, according to Naik’s press release.

Naik founding partner Ameet Naik added in the release: “Having worked with us in the past, it is like home-coming for Rishabh. I am confident that Rishabh will be adding value to the strategic decisions that the Firm provides to its clients. Our Corporate Practice, with the cumulative years of experience of our Corporate Partner and two Associate Partners, is an indicator of the expertise and intellect that we bring to the table.”

Harsh and Rishabh both had to part ways with dsk.... Can't understand how did they let them go... Both became APs at almost the same time at different firms... Such talent should be retained !
