MNK Law Offices M&A and private equity partner Nivedita Tiwari, who joined one year ago from Luthra & Luthra, has joined Platinum Partners in Delhi, according to an authoritative source.

Tiwari and Platinum declined to comment when contacted, with co-founding partner Karam Daulet-Singh saying that the firm did not comment on new joiners or departures.

MNK did not respond to an email seeking comment last week and partners were not reachable by phone today.

Tiwari had left Luthra a year ago to become the fifth partner at MNK, which was founded in 1996.

You have the wrong info my friend- its not platinum for sure. She is joining another quality driven firm. You will have the info soon. Wait for another 2 months!

I think this is wrong information - she's not joining anywhere else in two months, to the best of my knowledge...

'Another' quality driven firm! You mean to say there are more than one 'quality driven' firms?

Hey, do send me the address of the rock you crawled out under from. I'm looking for a vacation spot with no access to the outer world.

But Kian, I was not trolling, was I? At least I did not intend to. My question was a genuine one. About her as well as Ramya

I'm not sure there's any basis behind question... As far as I know, she's not joining any other firm in 2 months. If she does, we will report it. Until then, asking whether someone who's just joined one job will be joining another within 2 months, is probably trolling... ;)

find it wierd that any news of movement attracts multiple comments on the person in question being an "excellent/ brilliant lawyer"...even if the comments are genuine..there is more to life than excellence/ brilliance..or have we lost that part of ourselves??

Wish you all the very best, Nivedita Tiwari !

@ anon - it’s certainly a loss to MNK but I don't believe it would affect Team MNK’s spirit. It’s a firm known for great work culture with highly motivated and qualified lawyers who work together to provide reliable, cost-effective and comprehensive services. Their prompt responsiveness and turnaround time to the clients are always appreciated. Also understand that they place great emphasis on excellence!

Great going, MNK!!
