Shardul Amarchand long-time partner Kalpataru Tripathy resigns

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas equity partner Kalpataru Tripathy has resigned from the firm, according to two authoritative sources.

We have not been able to confirm where he will be moving yet.

We have reached out to Shardul Amarchand management for comment.

Tripathy had been with the firm since its times as Amarchand Mangaldas in 2002, focusing on corporate and M&A

Downfall of sam begins. They never had great corporate practice, whatever two three noticeable faces they had who were bringing bit of revenue to them have also started leaving now.

Wow, the hits just keep rolling! Never a dull day at Amarchand Towers. KT may not have been glamourous, was definitely one of the stalwarts, and will be missed. I wonder which firm he'll join. Would be a good fit for CAM but don't think he got along with Mr. CAM.
