Argus Partners hires ex-CAM-NLS independent Suchita Ambadipudi for Bangalore partnership

Argus Partners has hired independent practitioner Suchita Ambadipudi as a partner in Bangalore.

She is a 2007 NLSIU Bangalore graduate who specialises in corporate law, having been running her own practice since 2016 after leaving Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Bangalore (with prior gigs at S&R Associates, the Indian School of Business as a research associate, and the first three years of her career at erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas).

Suchita used to be a pure play capital markets lawyer when she was at AMSS, SNR and CAM. Is Argus planning to set up a cap markets practice?

After leaving CAM, Suchita has been doing general corporate and many other things and not much cap market. She partnered with Srishti Ojha at Verist legal for almost 3 years and then she and Mriga Solanki (same 2007 NLSIU batch, ex Luthra) formed a firm where everyone worked remotely. Good lawyer.
