Clasis Law’s IP team headed by partner Rahul Beruar has left to set up Beruar & Beruar, with its head office in Delhi’s Defence Colony.

The firm would open branch offices in Mumbai and Ranchi within a month, Beruar said.

I also blame auto-correct :) Also, we don't literally write it every time, do we? Also, are they still best friends? I have heard very little about what Clyde/Clasis have been doing the last few years, other than when people leave the firm for the most part... :)

Can you elaborate a little further? My friend works there and I have heard it is a good firm with a good work atmosphere. All seniors and partners are cool too. Can you provide details of why is it a horror story rather than just making blatantly atrocious and misleading statements on a public forum? Jealousy?

If your friends work there (and not you), then why you are getting so defensive and protective? Let me not name anyone and anyone's practices, but the restrictive controlled environment at ex-Clyde Indian office (soon) is counter productive.

Well everything is fine in the firm and everyone is good too. So is everything between Clyde and clasis. But why are you so aggressive if someone is defensive? Didn't get to leave on your terms?

Little birds have been chirping about the Clyde - Clasis break up. Clyde seems to be engaging other laws firms for their matters in India.

After reading the comments, i want to say that there is no horror story at Classis Law. In horror stories there are fake ghosts which go away after the cleansing process. But the negativity at Classis is there till infinity. All the good seniors (including Mr. Beruar) have parted ways and the ones left behind know nothing about law and are at Classis because they won’t find jobs anywhere else. A hot chocolate fudge from Nirula’s and free lunches would not help you retain people. Good move by Mr. Beruar.
