So far CAM is like Mancheser City, buying anyone who catches their fancy, except that there are too many James Milners and not enough Diego Silvas

Who is Diego Silva.

What CAM needs is a Diego Simeone

Did you mean David Silva? If you're going to make a bad football analogy, at least make an accurate one?

Typical mourinho...

Here's hoping that both CAM and SAM realize that salvation lies within. Large lateral hires (galactico signings) will only take you so far, what needs fixing is the youth system. Train your senior and principal associates right, and you won't have to worry about paying outsiders Falcao like wages just to compete (and disgruntled PAs and SAs won't leave to join the competition). Your Ashley Youngs will win you championships.
This is why Madrid cannot compete with Barcelona, and United are the most successful club in England in the Premier League Era
Wouldn't expect a Mourinho to understand that, of course :-p

Well I think we can soon amend that to most successful team in the Premier League era when Mourinho hasn't been around ...

Bharucha was the firm which spearheaded attack in HC against Sam. Bharuchas left Cyril a few years ago in great angst. Why should Cam show any mercy? This is the prelude to the battle at Kurukshetra , with both sides gathering warriors. El BhiArjun nahin aur Duryodhan hi Duryodhan hai

Bharuchas keep losing partners and senior ppl. Even Shraddha has left - who was one of last senior people left from the original team. Senior partners like Rukshad and Kumkum left earlier. Perhaps explains why the firm never really grew beyond a size while other non-family firms which started later have caught up and surpassed them - like Platinum, TTA, S&R. Mom-n-pop setups have their own set of challenges.

Why did Shraddha leave? I am curious because BnP was such a comfortable place for an offcounsel. Also you forget that Vishnu is still around from the old folks.

Kian- please post this comment. there is nothing controversial or inappropriate about this comment.

Bharucha and Partners does not have the ability to retain loyalty. Shraddha was an extremely loyal hard working and a brilliant lawyer. i AM EX BHARUCHA AND HAVE WORKED WITH HER. Inspite of being of-counsel she was doing deals, handling matters when long term senior resources quit and BRINGING BUSINESS. She moved to a Bank as head legal i heard. Clearly, they could not retain her. After all the Blood is thicker than water i have heard :-)

ps: kian pls publish. NOT CONTROVERSIAL.only true.

Bharucha only wants bharuchas. They run the firm like a serfdom. Shraddha was one of the last nice persons there. Very approachable for juniors and always spoke on their behalf to the partners. Syrprisingly she got her way with alka often and thus managed to hold her team together. Curious as to what upset that. She and alka were quite "close"
